Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do accept returns for exchange only, for broken, damaged or flawed items. 

Although we have an ALL SALES FINAL policy, KICHGO PRODUCTIONS does guarantee the quality of its products and services. Your satisfaction is still our first priority. We will replace any product that is damaged or flawed that was purchased through our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer full returns, exchanges or refunds on orders because the access for the videos download cannot be returned or changed.  As such, we wish to remind you before you place your order that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

If an item is damaged, broken or flawed upon receipt and you would like to request a replacement within 30 days of the shipping invoice, please follow the instructions below. 

To replace a damaged or flawed product, (1) take a picture of the damaged or flawed item together with or next to the shipping invoice and email it to us within 30 days of the date on the shipping invoice.  See example picture below.  We ask that the picture also includes the shipping invoice so that we can verify the shipping date, shipping address and chain of custody for the item; AND (2) send an email with your name, the order number, and the picture(s) as a .jpg or .pdf file to customerservice@kichgo.com within the specified 30 day time frame.

Upon receipt of the above email and picture, KICHGO PRODUCTIONS will replace the damaged item within two weeks and will also pay for shipping back to you at the address listed on the original order. 

Only the damaged/flawed item(s) identified in the picture will be replaced.  

KICHGO PRODUCTIONS will do its best to replace the exact item including the same color and resistance. If an exact replacement is unavailable (e.g., different color or slight different resistance), we will make sure to notify you of the changes via email and prior to its shipment. Please retain all damaged or flawed items until you have received our confirmation before disposing of them. 

Refund

If you would like to request a refund on the entire KICHGO bag within 30 days of the shipping invoice, please follow the instructions below.

Refunds will only be provided for the entire KICHGO bag that are unopened, unused and in their same “new” condition.  Because the access for the video is sent to you immediately, we cannot refund the video cost to you.

To request a refund, please email customerservice@kichgo.com to receive approval of return. Then, please mail in (1) a copy of the invoice, and (2) the product in its original packaging to the following address: KICHGO PRODUCTIONS, Returns, Medallion Fulfillment and Logistics 20675 Nordhoff St, Chatsworth, CA 91311. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Once we have received your package and provided that the product is unused or unopened, we will provide you with a full refund of the returned product ($40) to the credit card on file for the original purchase.

NO CANCELLED OR CHANGED ORDERS

Once an online order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or changed.  We send an email with access to the membership portal and videos upon receipt of the order.  If you have not received the code within 24 hours of placing your order, please send an email to customerservice@kichgo.com with the order number.   Please remember to check your spam files first.
